Yes, tickets are generally transferable. Please note, however, that personalized tickets must be updated with the new name. You can do this independently via the ticket confirmation page (you'll find the link in the confirmation email).
Currently, there is no official resale platform. We therefore recommend only passing tickets on to people from your personal network. Caution is advised with all other third-party platform sales, as there are many scammers.
If you want to verify the authenticity of a ticket, you can contact ticket@khisdapaze.de. Please include the name and/or email address and/or ticket number.
The ticket price includes costs for infrastructure, programming, staff, security measures, and sustainability. A portion also goes towards social and cultural projects.
The program ticket grants access to the festival grounds.
The camping ticket is required to use the campsite. A program ticket alone does not grant access to the festival. Since the festival site also includes camping areas and we plan the infrastructure accordingly for all visitors, a camping ticket is also required—even if you’re not staying overnight. If you have a "B" on your disability ID card, you are eligible fo†r our Alle-Dabei-ticket. Please fill out the form (linked here). You will also need to upload a photo or copy of your ID showing the "B". We will review your information and then get back to you with details about purchasing your ticket. Yes! We offer discounted tickets for everyone registered in Jänschwalde, Jänschwalde Ost, Grabko, or Drewitz. Just send us an email at ticket@khisdapaze.de and we’ll sort out the rest!

The car parking ticket allows you to drive your vehicle to the parking area. The car park is not directly next to the campsite, but a short distance away. If you want your vehicle directly at your camp, please purchase a sleeper vehicle ticket.
The Sägebus is a shuttle bus that brings you from Berlin Südkreuz directly to the festival grounds. Booking info and departure times can be found on the website under Sägebus.
Yes, there will be showers and plenty of toilets available. Most are compost toilets by Finizio. There will also be an accessible toilet container and both FLINTA and accessible showers.
This year’s festival grounds will be mostly accessible. There will be accessible paths and toilets. If you need additional support, feel free to email us in advance at alledabei@khisdapaze.de.
There is a €10 waste deposit. To get it back, return your trash to the parking area starting Sunday at 8 AM. Please help keep the grounds clean and leave no trash behind at your campsite.
An awareness team is here to support you if you feel uncomfortable or experience boundary violations. You can find them at the awareness tent or recognize them by their pink vests. You can also contact any festival staff member for support.
A trained Psycare team is available if you need mental health support—whether you're overwhelmed, anxious, or just need someone to talk to. Find them in the designated Psycare tent.
In case of a storm or dangerous weather, safety announcements will be made via loudspeakers and social media. Please follow the organizer team's instructions. If the event is canceled due to weather, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a full refund.
